Dear Colleagues:
Since 1978, I have worked for the Virginia Department of
Juvenile Justice serving in security, counseling,
supervisory and administrative positions. During the past
ten years I have held the position of Institution
Superintendent Senior at Bon Air Juvenile Correctional
Center.
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at
Virginia Commonwealth University.
I have extensive experience in standards, policy and
procedure development, committee planning and training
development. I am currently a member of the ACA Delegate
Assembly. |
